Seeds of the Fall in Cannes
Middle pair Rolf and Eva live in a relationship without much passion. They wear on each other and Eva feel sexually frustrated. Late one evening after Eva made an unsuccessful attempt to bring Rolfs lusts to life all of a sudden something happens in their bedroom.
It’s the synopsis to the new short directed by Patrik Eklund that recently won a prize in Cannes. Patrik was born in July, 1978 in Arvidsjaur. Did his debute as a director in 2003 with the short “One christmas morning” which won the most awards, including Tromsö Palm for best short film from the north. Have subsequently made multiple award-winning short film “Situation Frank” as 2007 was payable to the International Critics Week in Cannes. Lives in Umeå where he runs the production company FrameStation.
